Yeah, I have a great ab work out to. My friend let me borrow the ab dvd (8 Min abs inc. arms,buns,legs-works awesome, it's what I've always used w/ tae bo). I have to burn myself a copy so when I do that, I can burn you some. I'll bring them w/ me to TX.
